Description

The BAS200 is a compact foam concrete machine designed for the production of foam concrete, polystyrene concrete and lightweight concrete blocks directly on construction sites. The unit mechanically whips cement-sand mortar to create a homogeneous lightweight structure with controlled density. At the same time, it operates as a pneumatic delivery system, enabling efficient discharge of finished mortar to the pouring location. This integrated solution reduces the need for additional pumps and simplifies site logistics for contractors working in residential and low-rise construction.

Key Advantages

  • Combined mixing and pneumatic conveying system eliminates the need for separate mortar pumps.
  • Operates from standard 220V power supply, suitable for remote or non-industrial locations.
  • Capable of producing lightweight concrete with densities from 200 to 900 kg/m3 depending on formulation.
  • Compact and mobile design allows operation inside completed buildings.
  • Optimized blade configuration ensures uniform distribution of components and consistent mortar structure.

Technical Advantages

  • Power supply: 220V single-phase, optional 380V three-phase configuration.
  • Maximum delivery height: up to 6 meters using integrated air compressor.
  • Maximum machine width: 800 mm for easy access through standard door openings.
  • Production materials: foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, lightweight concrete mortar.
  • Density range: 200–900 kg/m3 depending on mix design.

Applications

  • On-site production of foam concrete and polystyrene concrete for monolithic wall and floor casting.
  • Thermal insulation layers for roofs and floor screeds in residential buildings.
  • Filling prepared cavities and voids in structural elements.
  • Manufacturing lightweight concrete blocks using molds for foam blocks.
  • Construction of cottages, garages, auxiliary buildings and small-scale housing projects.

Mobility and Operation

The BAS200 lightweight concrete machine is engineered as a mobile station suitable for both stationary and on-site use. Its compact dimensions and wheel assembly enable movement inside buildings during screed or monolithic works. The relatively low weight allows transportation in a small trailer or pickup truck, minimizing logistics costs for contractors operating across Africa, South Africa, Namibia, LATAM and Southeast Asia.

The integrated compressor system pneumatically conveys finished mortar to the casting area without auxiliary equipment, simplifying setup and reducing labor requirements.

Maintenance and Service

Primary consumables include graphite packing and drive belts, both widely available in standard automotive supply stores. Graphite packing replacement is straightforward and does not require specialized tools. The mechanical simplicity of the BAS200 foam concrete machine minimizes downtime and reduces operational risk for small builders and contractors.

Why Choose BAS200

The BAS200 CLC machine offers a practical and cost-efficient solution for contractors seeking reliable lightweight concrete production on site. Its dual-function mixing and delivery system, compatibility with standard electrical networks, and straightforward maintenance make it a dependable choice for small developers and private builders focused on efficient mortar production and controlled construction costs.

Paid Off After Building Just One Garage
I spent a long time researching how to build my house, bathhouse, garage, and utility buildings on my own. I chose the BAS200 and build alone. I am very satisfied with both the process and the quality of monolithic construction. In my region, the machine paid for itself after building just one garage. There are no comparable technologies available here. The build quality of the BAS200 is high, and there is practically nothing that can break. The manufacturer answered all my questions about monolithic casting. I am truly grateful for the support during the launch.

Powerful, Flexible and Built with True Passion
This machine is simply outstanding! I chose the BAS200, and the manufacturer assembled a unit that works both on single-phase and three-phase power. The support is top-level — the team is always in touch. I personally visited the workshop, saw the production process, and was truly impressed. You can feel that the manufacturer lives and breathes this business. I use it for insulation and monolithic casting, mainly with polystyrene concrete. The machine performs at a solid 5+. There is even a dedicated live chat community for BAS owners, which is extremely helpful. I highly recommend it.

Reliable Machine for Floor Slabs and Insulation Projects
We have been working with this machine for several months already. We pour floor slabs and insulation projects across our region. The BAS200 has never let us down. We are not used to writing long reviews — we simply recommend this machine to anyone planning to work with foam concrete or polystyrene concrete insulation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q1: What materials can the BAS200 produce?

A: The BAS200 is designed for the production of foam concrete and polystyrene concrete based on cement-sand mortar formulations. It is suitable for monolithic casting, cavity filling, floor screeds, roof insulation layers, and block manufacturing using lightweight concrete technologies.

  • Q2: What is the batch volume per mixing cycle?

A: The BAS200 produces up to 0.2 m³ per mixing cycle. This capacity makes it suitable for continuous on-site mortar production in private housing, cottage construction, and small to medium-scale development projects.

  • Q3: What density range can be achieved?

A: The equipment allows production of lightweight concrete with densities ranging from 200 to 900 kg/m³, depending on the selected formulation and foaming parameters.

  • Q4: Does the BAS200 require a separate foam generator?

A: No. The BAS200 operates as a cyclic turbulent mixer with intensive air entrainment and does not require a separate foam generator, which simplifies the production process and reduces equipment costs.

  • Q5: What is the maximum delivery distance?

A: Using an external air compressor, the BAS200 can deliver finished mortar up to 6 meters vertically and up to 20 meters horizontally without additional pumping systems.
