Description
The BAS130 is a batch-type turbulent mixer designed for the production of foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, and other lightweight concrete materials, as well as products manufactured from them. The machine ensures intensive mechanical mixing of a cement–sand mortar with preformed foam, resulting in a homogeneous lightweight concrete mass. The finished mixture is discharged under compressed air pressure through a delivery pipeline to the point of placement.
The BAS130 machine is intended for the production of foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, and foam blocks.
Acrylic or rubber hoses are used as delivery pipelines. This mobile solution for lightweight concrete production is particularly suitable for private developers and construction contractors requiring on-site production of mortar and lightweight concrete mixtures.
Applications of the BAS130 Machine
The BAS130 machine is a versatile solution for producing foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, and other lightweight concrete materials. The mixing system provides intensive air entrainment and uniform distribution of components, ensuring consistent material structure and density.
The BAS130 machine operates with positive internal pressure generated by an external air compressor. The finished mixture is pneumatically conveyed from the mixing chamber to the discharge point. The air compressor required for unloading is supplied separately.
The BAS130 machine functions as a mobile production and delivery station for lightweight concrete mixtures. It is designed for operation directly at construction sites and at building materials manufacturing facilities.
The machine can operate in both stationary and mobile configurations. It is widely used in the construction of residential houses, cottages, and auxiliary structures. The BAS130 machine enables the production of foam concrete and polystyrene concrete with densities ranging from 200 kg/m³ to 900 kg/m³.
The machine is particularly effective for roof insulation layers, floor slabs, and screeds, where mobility and reliable on-site production are required.
Technical Features of the BAS130 Machine
A key feature of the BAS130 machine is its compatibility with a 220 V power supply. This allows operation in remote locations without access to industrial three-phase networks.
Upon request, the machine can be manufactured for 380 V three-phase power supply. Connection to the electrical grid must be performed by a qualified electrician. The use of a voltage stabilizer is recommended to ensure stable operation. The machine is characterized by compact dimensions and moderate weight, facilitating transportation and on-site maneuverability.
The machine is suitable for producing lightweight concrete mortar for floor and attic insulation directly at construction sites. When powered by a portable generator, the BAS130 machine can operate independently of local grid infrastructure.
Operational Advantages of the BAS130 Machine
Operation of the BAS130 machine does not require specialized engineering qualifications. Basic operator training and several trial batches are sufficient for commissioning. Depending on site requirements, the machine can be operated by one or two personnel.
Mobility of the BAS130 Machine
The BAS130 machine is a mobile solution for the production of foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, and foam blocks.
The maximum overall width of the machine is 950 mm, allowing passage through standard door openings. Integrated wheels facilitate movement within buildings and structures, which is advantageous for on-site screed production and other lightweight concrete applications.
Due to its dimensions and weight, the machine can be transported using a passenger car trailer, light-duty truck, or pickup vehicle, minimizing transportation costs.
As with our other machines, the BAS130 machine is engineered for durability under construction site conditions. Consumable components include graphite packing and drive belts, both readily available through automotive supply distributors. Low capital investment requirements reduce commercial risk. The BAS130 machine remains one of the most demanded solutions in its category.
Price of the BAS130 Machine
The final price of the machine depends on the electric motor configuration and the selected outlet valve diameter.
The BAS130 machine can be ordered by selecting the required configuration and submitting a purchase request.
